Use a paperclip to remove the sim card from your iPhone and place it into the pay-as-you-go phone. (if you have a iPhone 4 you will need to stop by AT&T to pick up a free normal sized sim card.) You will retain your original phone number so you can make and receive calls while we are fixing your iPhone.

The US Post Office has a flat rate Priority Mail service. It will cost you $4.95 to ship your iPhone to Tech Life from anywhere in the United States. We highly recommend shipping insurance and a tracking number. Please include your contact information with and what you need done to you iPhone with the shipment.
